What has been fixed, are qualities that where ether instilled or woken with in. There are two types of true leaders, a natural or the one that has it beaten in. Working with all the multitudinous numbers of people personalities and so forth, I have developed various keen awareness’s. To touch on a few that I believe to be important and become intuition; be able to see through chicanery, imposture, manipulativeness and oversubtleness. Easily a sales representatives nightmare. That being said, the years of managing and running kitchens has had become pronounced a clever useful insightful tool. But what is absolute; respect, pledge and trust of crew and having the knowledge compassion and tac to be able to be to be to cultivate, and galvanize these qualities. An instinctively good leader will lead with humility and inspiration. A good manager knows to compartmentalize, and utilize certain qualities of his crew. A good Chef should will have both these attributes and more. Keeping it simple; there will be a different stages of grooming at different times and levels for each persona as well as mentoring. And importantly to be a teacher with astute inspirational qualities in a individually personalized way for each. With the honest direction and motivation and manifestation the results are no less than profound and beyond gratifying which in turn contributes to the success of the establishment.
