How do you eat your Lamb?
From the usual grilled ones, served with brown sauce, rullupylsa (sausage made of rolled mutton) which usually eaten with rugbreyð (Faroese style rye bread), ræstkjøt (Faroe dry-aged meat) which served with boiled potatoes to SKERPIKJØT which is 6-9 months air dried, fermented lamb and characterized by a very distinct taste (and smell). The last one is my favourite.
