Over the years, however, with its development, cooking has become an art that provides not only the most necessary for the human body, but also the enjoyment of the soul. both to the cook and to the eater. Nowadays, more and more attention is paid to what we eat, what it is made of, what it looks like. because the main thing is that food brings health and happiness. Cooking is a tradition.Each country is characterized by its own cuisine, but again the leading thing is the love of food and delight for the soul. The abundance of different tastes, the symphony of colors and aromas, makes possible the professional growth and the creation of masterpieces in this field. We can talk a lot about cooking and how it can change you and your vision, but once immersed in the world of the kitchen, you remain captivated for life.Evolving in to a prifessional culinarian is a lifelong jurney full of learned details and years of expirience. It is challenging and demanding. Specific techniques and acquired knowledge are continually tested and improved upon. The specialized training required is intricate and precise.I have had extensive career experience working as a Chef for more then 25 years , and my opinion is that the more you learn and practice, the more you understand that there is more to learn. Being a chef is a pleasure, a passion but also a responsibility. Love the food, cook it with love, but be responsible to yourself and to the people you cook for, because quality products prepared with love are health and happiness.
