My passion is the world of Gastronomy. Having worked in the restaurant business for several years owning my own restaurant I’m now in charge of the international restaurant association JRE -Jeunes Restaurateurs. Daily I get inspired by young top chefs from all over the world and it’s my ambition to bring them together, to share, to compare but most of all to bring them in touch with one another to reveal experiences and expertise. Assisting them to improve personal skills, transforming visions into values while respecting the philosophy is my mission.
