The concept of good food has so many meanings to me as my experiences with food grow and evolve. From embracing the traditions of my childhood, to feeding a growing family, to backyard gardening, to feeding my community and clients through my catering company, Goddess Gourmet, and now through creating a cooking product for the masses.I now realize that all the current catch phrases; slow, sustainable, local, natural, organic, have always been in my subconscious relationship with food. All these terms have been a part of my Italian heritage's approach to food and cooking. What's old is new!

What actually drives my enthusiasm for food is the fusion (another catchy term) of old and new. Creating my product, Flavor Bombs, has been a perfect union of traditional technique with a current marketing approach. This is a unique and innovative product with old world roots. Flavor Bombs are cooking bases, and every culture has a traditional flavor base in their respective cuisine. I believe my quest to create Flavor Bombs for as many cultures as I possibly can makes me an innovator in the world of gourmet food. I am proud to state that the Specialty Food Association gave Flavor Bombs a grade of 4.7 out of 5 for innovation and 4.5 for both quality and ingredients.

Like other pioneers in the world of food, I want to help people cook. I want to give them the tools to create good food, easily, inexpensively and healthfully. A Flavor Bomb is that tool. Or, as I like to phrase it, "Your Secret Cooking Weapon "!
