If I had to sum up my style and my culinary philosophy I would talk of my motherland, Puglia, a Southern Country always warm, friendly, plenty of sun, sea and flavours. In Puglia the taste of the sea and the land blend together to create recipes that express all their genuine flavours and quality.
I love the freedom of expression that cooking give to means and I am willing to work hard in order to build a career in the culinary world.
