I live in Mexico. I'm an entrepreneurial business person. But I love good food / wine and love to try new things. Thus, I consider myself an explorer. I do have a consistent and defined taste. Open to try but I know my limits. Cooking is an operational art and has to be tried, understood and enjoyed. I am open to different cultural experiences, therefore I want to learn as much as I can from the world outside. I am critical but I understand the diversity among diversified cultures. I also like to cook. My greatest pleasure is to indulge people and surprise them with new and amazing combinations of flavors.
